During summer break, my friend and I went to a small temple near our houses to release and feed fish. In Thailand temples, they will have fish for sale for us to buy and release them into the river. They also have food for us to throw into the river for the fish to eat. My friend and I bought some fish to release them and bought some food to feed them. I felt really good releasing the fish because I feel like I am helping them to a better life as they are being kept in tiny buckets just to be sold for money. I felt really peaceful after doing this as it made me feel good and feel like I am helping the animals.
